Getting started with NYSHIP coverage is a simple process:

Step 2: Referral — A doctor’s referral (or prescription) is required, but don’t worry, we’ll help you obtain this if you don’t already have one.
Step 3: Verification — We’ll check your insurance benefits to confirm your eligibility and number of covered sessions.
