Medical massage is provided as part of a prescribed treatment plan and is designed to address pain, injury, postural dysfunction, and movement limitations under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider.

How the Process Works

1. Insurance Verification
Before beginning care, we will verify your NYSHIP (Empire Plan) benefits to confirm eligibility and coverage for medical massage therapy.

2. Prescription Required
A valid prescription or referral from your physician is required. The prescription must state that massage therapy is medically necessary and include diagnosis and treatment frequency.

3. Begin Treatment
Once benefits are verified and your prescription is on file, treatment may begin.

Please note:
You are responsible for payment of your first three sessions, which are applied toward your annual deductible.
